Exchange And Returns

We are dedicated to making sure you are happy with any Product you have purchased from us. However, here’s what to do if you’re upset for whatever reason.

  • Monday through Sunday, phone or WhatsApp our customer support center at +92 3162004350, send us an email at [email protected], or message us on social media.
  • If the delivered goods are unused, must be packaged in their original packaging with all tags attached, and are in unworn/undamaged condition, you may exchange them at the closest outlet store or by sending them back to the online department within 14 days of delivery with the production of the original invoice.
  • The precise color or texture of the finished item may somewhat differ from what is visible on screen due to variances in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots; consequently, goods cannot be replaced for this reason. Only if the product(s) received have any sort of manufacturing problem will we exchange any item(s).
  • For out-of-stock products, there are no cash returns; only online shop vouchers are offered.
  • The store management or employees may decide not to accept any exchanges.
  • The Company’s decision in these circumstances shall be regarded as final.

Via Courier Exchange

o Call our customer care at +92 3162004350 or send us a WhatsApp message, and they will walk you through the procedure of delivering us the merchandise.
o In the absence of the original receipt, exchange is not possible.
o Repack the item with care, making sure the tags are all still on, it’s unused, and the receipt is included.
o The merchandise will be sent by the customer. However, the cost of return postage will only be covered if the item was defective or not what was ordered.
o If the items are what was ordered, the purchaser will pay the courier fees both ways.
o Please submit it, together with any necessary revisions, to “Studio Footwear, Shop no. 44, Shalimar Center, Block-17, Gulistan-E-Johar, Karachi.”
o Note: Reimbursement amounts will only be offered in the form of vouchers that may be used to future purchases made via our website.

In-store Exchange

o Without the original receipt, exchange is not allowed.
