    • What alternative means of contact are there?

    • Can I revoke my purchase?
      • You can, in fact, cancel your order. Please get in touch with us, and we’ll help you cancel the order. Please be aware that after an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

     

    • Can my order be modified?
      • Before finishing the checkout process, you can make any modifications to your purchase. However, if you have already placed your order, please contact us so that we may make the necessary revisions. Please be aware that after your item has been sent, we will be unable to make any adjustments.

     

    • Can my order be tracked?
      • You can, indeed. You may track your package online when we send it to your email or after you contact us for the tracking ID.

     

    • What if I missed the courier’s attempted delivery?
      • The package will be delivered by the courier in an effort. If a delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will text you at the specified phone number.
      • If you have not received your purchase after 1 working day, do let us know; after that point, we cannot be held responsible.
      • If the package cannot be delivered, the courier will send it back to us. Please get in touch with us for further details and to organize a redelivery of the package so that the customer may pay a re-delivery fee.

      • Blue-Ex will deliver the package. Deliveries go place from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

     

    • How long will it take to deliver my order?
      • All of our orders are shipped out within 3-5 working days, although in certain cases, owing to stock shortages, it may take up to 5-7 working days to get the item.
